How can Brokers and TPA's Work with Mobile Health?

Pricing Model

Per Employee Per Month Pricing Model

To simplify billing and accounting processes, Mobile Health utilizes a simple Per Employee, Per Month (PEPM) model. The PEPM structure allows for predictable billing with no set-up fee or program cost. Wage Parity eligible employees who earn Supplemental and Additional Wages can use those funds to buy into Mobile Health's Wage Parity Clarity.

The cost of Wage Parity Clarity most times are less than $.10 cents per hour per employee. Based on a NYC home care worker's benefit of $4.09, Mobile Health costs less than 2.5% of their benefit!

Monthly Employee Roster

To successfully auto schedule workers for their annual home care compliance exams, Mobile Health requires a monthly roster of employees to be entered into our appointment system.

If the home care agency already uses a Home Care Management System such as Sandata or HHA eXchange, Mobile Health may be able to integrate with their software to automatically process the rosters and exams. No additional work is required to maintain the integration!

If the home care agency does not currently use or plan to use a Home Care Management System, then a monthly report may be required to maintain accurate data. This can be arranged with Mobile Health's Customer Support staff.

Standard Benefit Plan

Mobile Health's Standard Plan is designed to keep home care agencies and workers complaint with annual compliance requirements. These include:

  • Physical Examination
  • Tuberculosis Testing by QuantiFERON
  • 8 Panel Urine Drug Test
  • Seasonal Influenza Vaccine

Compliance with Wellness

In addition to having a compliant workforce, home care agencies and workers benefit tremendously from upgrading their standard annual visit to a comprehensive annual wellness visit. In a 2015 patient survey at our locations, Mobile Health found that 37% of healthcare workers do not have a primary care doctor!

By providing quality preventive and wellness services during annual exams, home care workers can be more aware of their state of health and prevent minor ailments from turning into serious diseases.
